Kevonne Phillips is a well-known Florida oyster Shucker, now residing and servicing Jacksonville and surrounding areas. Kevonne has over 10 years catering experience, with a rich history of high-end events such as Formula 1, Miami Oyster Fest, Welcome to Rockville, Hulaween, Ritz-Carlton private parties, with weddings, holiday gatherings, and local vending in between.

How Does It Work?
Our setup includes space for four or eight stool seating, providing an intimate bar-like experience for any size event or private dinner.
At Eastcoast Oysters, we specialize in fresh, sustainable oysters, which can be served raw, steamed, chargrilled, or fried. Additionally, we offer optional raw bar items such as ceviche, shrimp, caviar, tuna, veggies, and more.
Featuring two custom portable cherry wood bars each with an epoxy resin bar top, complete with LED lighting and stainless steel service wells.
